The use of “Because” in English is different from Chinese. In Chinese. we usually use the sentence patter 

因為……，所以……. “jan1 wai6……so2 ji5……” to express the “cause and result”. In English, we either use “because” or “therefore” 

to show the same meaning. However, we can use both in Chinese.
