Christmas is coming. There will be a Christmas party held in school. Miss Wong is talking to the class about the arrangement of the party. Siu Ming is the chairman of class 1A committee. He is responsible for the arrangement of the party. He has a class committee meeting with all the members after school. They discuss the arrangement of the food and games for the party.

On the following day, Miss Wong has designed a composition topic “My favourite festival” for the students. She reminds students to give
a brief introduction to the festival first before giving the reasons why they like that festival, for instance, the time, weather and costume of
the festival.

Before the students start writing the composition, they have to discuss the festival that they like most. Ali and his group members have their own favourite festivals. Ali likes Christmas, Aman likes Diwali, Siu Ming likes Chinese New Year and Mei Ling likes Mid-Autumn festival.

After school, Aman calls Manpreet to discuss the arrangement of the Christmas party.
