Depending on the needs of each form, the topics of Mental Health Programs could include Emotion Regulation, Understanding about Mental Health issues (e.g. Depression, Anxiety) and Stress Management.

Promoting Mental Wellbeing

The Guidance Team organized a Mental Health Myth Buster Quiz to educate students about myths and facts of mental health. Students completed a Google form regarding mental health myths and answered a few questions about their mental well-being. Following this, a video was shown to debunk these myths. It was discovered that many students had misconceptions about mental health, and additionally, many students were experiencing increased stress and anxiety due to upcoming exams. To cheer them up, the Guidance Team prepared and distributed some gifts on June 7th before the final exam.
